Keep the Promise Fund
In its 26 year history, The Wooden Floor has earned the reputation for being good stewards of its financial resources and being a stable, fiscally responsible charitable organization. Despite that, we have not been untouched by the economic climate at hand. Our aim is to keep our award winning programs thriving.
As announced last month by Board Chair, Damien Jordan, several members of the Board of Directors of The Wooden Floor responded to this challenge by contributing leadership gifts to the newly established “Keep the Promise” fund. In taking this step, the Board hopes to inspire others to give, and together, ensure that The WoodenFloor will fulfill the promise made to each and every student: to continue to provide robust and innovative dance, academic and family service programs, free of charge, to those in our community with the greatest need.
